Cancellation and Refund Policy

We follow a very strict 'No-refund' policy. We strictly do not entertain any cancellations or refund requests.  If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, We will issue an exchange option. Our products are of the finest quality and workmanship and we have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. In the rare case that you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange by simply contacting us with your purchase details within two (2) days of you receiving your purchase. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Exchanges will be processed within 21 days period. Please note, shipping charges will be bared by the customer for exchanges.
